Our Account Service department acts as the liaison between the Agency and our Clients. They work closely with our Clients to create strategic advertising campaigns. Account Service communicates the Client's requirements to Creative and Media and ensures all required aspects of the assignment are met through every step of the process. They create the budgets, set the schedules and enforce deadlines. They are the "big picture" people on the accounts.

Account Supervisor - The Account Supervisor creates advertising campaigns from scratch and ensures that the Agency Team adheres to that vision.

Account Manager - The Account Managers are at the front lines of the campaigns and provide most of the Agency/Client contact. These are the people who ensure that budgets are followed and deadlines are met.

Account Coordinator - This is an entry level position in the Account Service department. The Account Executive provides the detail work on the account. They work closely with the Account Managers in servicing the account.

Account Coordinator Intern – This is an non-paid internship program with the Account Services department.  Our Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for 3rd or 4th year business students to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced advertising agency.  The Account Coordinator Intern assists the Account Managers and Account Coordinators with the day-to-day tasks involved with the marketing and promotions for various clients.  Duties may include, but are not limited to: data entry, research, telephone calls, mailing services, preparing for/working promotional events, etc.  Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.  Internet access from home also required.  Intern work schedules are flexible, usually two or three days per week at approximately 4 hours per day, based on school class schedules.  Upon completion of Internship Program, intern may be considered for any job openings for full-time paid Account Coordinator position.

Our Creative Services department creates the "public face" of our Client's image. Based on direction received from Account Service, our Creative department concepts and designs all print ads, TV and radio spots, brochures, posters, and other collateral. ensuring that each Client's branding remains consistent with every medium used. They work with vendors to ensure that jobs come in on budget and on time.

Creative Director - Our Creative Director is the genius behind our Client's campaigns. Our Director determines the creative angle to achieve the desired results based on the Client's goals, target audience and budget.

Art Director - Our Art Director implements the direction provided by the Creative Director and works one-on-one with the Account Service team to ensure the Client's goals are met.

Assistant Art Director - This entry level graphic designer position works directly under the Art Director.

Our Media department determines the most cost effective and efficient medium for our Clients to get their name out to their Clients. They are strong negotiators and innovative planners with strong research and analytical skills. They are actively involved in new business pitches and are constantly on the look out for new opportunities to keep our Clients' names at the top of the public's mind.

Director of Media Services - Our Media Director develops a comprehensive, cost effective media plan that reaches our Client's target audience.

Media Buyer - Our Media Buyers implement the Media Director's plans with direct contact between Media and Account Service. They ensure the deadlines are met.

Our Web Services department is responsible for all aspects of our Clients' Web sites - from strategic concepting, programming and design to ensuring that the content supports the Client's objective for the site. Our Web Developers often work directly with the Clients to determine their requirements.

Our Office Manager/Bookkeeper ensures the office functions as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. This is the go-to person for internal concerns in the organization. The Office Manager/Bookkeeper also ensures all Client invoices are sent out timely and accurately.

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and client billing. Candidate should be familiar with Quickbooks and MultiLedger. Detail-oriented and excellent follow through skills required. Part-time "freelance" position only.
